When items are available for immediate delivery we aim to have these delivered to you within 5-7 working days of receiving your order. In the unlikely event this isn't possible we will contact you by e-mail to let you know. Some items have a slightly longer lead time if they are currently out of stock and on order. If this is the case this will be included in the product description. Delivery times vary from parcel to parcel but if you are concerned at anytime about the whereabouts of your order please don't hesitate to drop us an e-mail.
In the event you need to contact us on the whereabouts of your order, please refer back to the item description first as it may be that is was a pre order item when you ordered it and is on a slight lead time.
We hope that you love your order as much as we do. However, if you decide you would like to return your item please contact us by email to email@example.com in the first instance. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you would like to return any items. We will send you a returns form and instructions on how to get your item back to us. We must receive your returned items within 14 days of receiving your request for a return. Postage for returns is at your own cost. This returns policy applies to our website orders only.
In the event we have ordered an item in especially for you and you change your mind, we will only refund 50% of the purchase price to you so please make sure you are completely happy with the product before buying.
If you receive an item that is damaged in transit please email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and do not dispose of the broken items. Our courier will need photographic evidence of the damaged item for us to make a claim.
